Pleasing site. Appear to have caring loving staff. Clean facility. Most important aspect is the clinic takes in abused, and abandoned animals. Plus all the puppies picked up by animal control. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMUNITY SERVICE.

I was trying Burnham Vet because Dr Duran, a vet I've had experience with, moved there but I had an emergency before I could get established there with him as our vet.
The first person you meet is Meghan. I find her to be polite, friendly & helpful & she squeezed us in between visits so I greatly appreciate that - Dr Burnham, while examining my dog explained what he was doing why he was doing it then had me feel what he found - Dr Burnham is a vet that seems knowledgeable, caring & wants you to gain knowledge on treating & caring for your animals - Dr Duran is the reason I moved there but I'm staying because of all of them - I was looking for a vet that would treat my issues as their own & I think I've found it

The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't exactly enjoyable.
