The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. The turnover here is rediculous don't bother learning a name they won't be there the next time you visit.
