They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.
