My 96 year old mother is a resident of Charleston House. It is a new, clean facility housing elderly individuals at a difficult time in their lives. The caregivers are sincere and helpful, dealing with forgetful men and women who depend on them. I appreciate the care they provide.

For seven years my grandmother lived at the Charleston House and it was a wonderful experience for me and my family. It was such a piece of mind knowing she was in good hands. It is a beautiful facility with good meals and activities that my grandmother loved to play. The owner kept me updated on everything happening with her and because of the care here she was able to live and be with us much longer than we were told by our doctors. My grandmother was such a wonderful person and I'm glad I could make some of the last years of her life pleasant and peaceful. Thank you Charleston!

I have never been treated so rudely in my life!
We were turned out of the building and told that we needed to make an appointment and couldn't even look around on our own. The owner was very short with us and made sure we did not go tour on our own. I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism that this woman displayed.
