Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Staff is okay, but many are obese and unhealthy. And the food is not very healthy either. I've looked at the menu and also eaten there about four times with my Mom. Most of the food is canned and/or deep fried. There is some fresh fruit but very little. Coffee is served to the residents in plastic cups; I was told that they don't break so easy and that's why. I can't really say that this place is health conscious of the residents. However, the staff are friendly and some of them are conscientious too. I would just say that this place is barely passing in my estimation and can't recommend it for a new person.
