This Assisted Living routinely violates the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 by releasing private resident medical information for those not specifically list on the forms. After repeated attenptes to stop this and requests to investigate, nothing has been done. My relative is moving out. The nursing staff does nothing but dispence medication and cannot be bothered to interact with the residents. Beware.
