I dropped in unannounced at this facility at the busiest time of day to get information for a family member. There was no one available when I first arrived which was FINE because the staff was attending to the residents - which is appropriate. I was assisted within 2 minutes and one of the senior staff sat down with me and discussed my family's situation. They provided me with plenty of printed materials, answered all my questions, took me on a tour of the main facility and a one bedroom independent living unit. The information staff-member provided was a God-send. It looks like it will be an excellent option as they will be building a Memory Care Unit in the near future and this is something my family member will most like need later as their health issues progress. I cannot speak to the care delivered at this facility, but all the residents responded extremely warmly to the staff member that was giving me the tour.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
