Would give zero if I could. Proprietor Richard Colandrea is a scam artist, just Google the name. Residents treated like cattle, substandard care.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.

THESE PEOPLE: RICHARD & CARMEN COLANDREA ARE CROOKS AND NUTS.....they should be locked up!! I rented a room from them and did not know about their assisted living bussiness but they are terrible people. I rented a room out of their finished basement...was suppose to have privacy but like one of the other reviewers said I would go out to the kitchen area or where i came in and the owner (Richard) would be laying on the couch half dressed and asleep...he was up at all hours of the night! I had no AC in my room and was not told this when I rented the room. The old lady, Carmen Colandrea was sooo mean! She would not let me do laundry on my own..i tried one time, my lease stated that I had access to laundry room. She tried to keep me from doing my laundry because I did not have a free load!!!
Whenb I got fed up with this plac and started complaining Mr. Colandrea gave me a notice that I had to move out!! Well, I was lucky top find another room but they ended up STEALING my $450. security deposit!!! He checked the room said it was ok before I left....gave me my deposit, right then....but he stopped payment on it.

Richard Colberoca, the man whom is in charge of this home ABUSES the residents they are afraid to be there. They are not allowed outside in fact are locked inside the home. Richard sits around in his underwear. There is not enough food to feed the poor people living in the home, One lady said during dinner Richard was angry and flipped the table over and threw her salad at her while other residents were sitting at the table for dinner as well? Their medications are stored in salt and pepper shakers, the correct medication is not given to the residents....This by all means is a money making scam and this person is violation of all human rights! If you have a loved one here...GET THEM OUT NOW! They are in danger!! The medical supplies are stored outside in a tent! There is no care, compassion or love in this home its all LIES! Beware!!

The owners/operators are unproffesional and simply don't care. I went down to the office one morning (11:30) to find the operator in his underwear... unnaceptable. This is simply a money making operation, their staff turnover is constant due to poor treatment, so I could never get used to a care provider. Please do your homework before sending a loved one here.
