Understaffed-took 30 minutes to get into front door. Had to hunt down
staff member to find patients room. Door of patients room locked -staff member had to use key to unlock door --believe patients are overly
medicated due to slurring of speech. My sister from MA. , a retired
nurse and an ombudsman for nursing homes in MA immediate reaction
was "where's the staff." My friend was put into Unit 2 of Alzheimers
decline because of assistance needed because of aputated leg
I was told by the family.Dark, depressing place.
