When did it happen that fawn ridge starting housing PRISON parolees at this Tibbits avenue facility? This is inappropriate.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

There are no automatic doors, making it difficult for people in walkers or wheelchairs to get in. Residents have told me that they have bedbugs. The place smells of urine. The website shows a dining room with beautiful cloth tablecloths, but in actuality, it is worse than a college dining hall...stained tables,etc. The staff seem overwhelmed. Walking through the halls, we saw exposed pipes, and gaping holes in the floor roped off with caution tape. I could never leave a loved one here.
