Extremely impressed with the wide variety of mdse in the store--Down the Hill may have Trader Joe's--but we have B. J.'s--have lived here since 1984--and was unaware of the store on Bear Valley Rd until last month!! They need ADVERTISING--no I am not in that business!!!

When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
