I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff was friendly enough and they were able to answer most of my questions, They have a decent selection of products to choose from.

Their store was well organized and clean. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. They have a very good professional reputation.. On a more personal note - I have been to Faraday's many times since they are the only "health/natural store" in the immediate area. They are a smaller type store, but anytime I have gone there and not found what product I was looking for the staff has ordered it for me and it was recieved in a timely manner. I do try to treat most of our minor ailments holistically, and use vitamins and supplements/herbs/extracts for preventative measures, but am not an extremist about it, so if I am not quite sure about something they have been willing to answer my questions to the best of their ability. Their prices are a little bit high, but hey, they are a specialty shop and being the only one in our small town I imagine their overhead costs are higher than the big chain outlets. I'll take the service and availability any day over giving my money to some corporation.
