Fails to respond to phone calls or emails. Once she signs you on as a client, she will try to dump you on her colleagues in her office when questions arise. No personalized service at all. Does not follow-up on matters timely or as requested. Definitely not worth doing business with her. Horrible representation of State Farm. I took my business elsewhere.
