Been trying to reach this agent since Monday. No return calls, calling office since 9:30 and there is no one to talk to, he was supposed to be my agent when Scott Foster retired and I was sent to another agent. No one consulted me about this. I have even gone to the office and sign on door says no one can come in, however someone was there as they opened the door and picked up some mail. I am deeply disappointed with this action. I have been a state farm client for over 40 years. If I don't hear back from someone today, I will begin to look for another agent or even another insurance company. I can't give an honest rating since no one seems willing to help me.
