They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I felt like my agent John Hansbrough cared more than other agents I had spoken to. I felt like he wasn't just trying to sell me a policy that he truly was concerned with my health and having insurance. I felt like I had just acquired a great friend not just another sales agent trying to make money. He was honest and helpful. He has such a great relationship with all his clients he even called and wished me a happy birthday. People in sales I have learned don't care about anything other than money. This was a surprise that he cares about his clients. I will never change agents if anyone asked who I would recommend I would say John Hansbrough he is the best. Thanks John for your help and care.
