Richard "Rick" Hudak who also owns and operates/manages Copperleaf and Hilltop Developers, LLC is a crook. Dishonest, unethical, and a complete Liar. He represents himself as a Christian but is a hypocrit. He signs contracts and then backs out Because he can make a few extra dollars. I hope you sleep well Rick, my wife and three kids are without a home. If you choose to do business with the "Board Member" of the YMCA and Oklahoma Yacht/Boat club just know contracts mean nothing. Your dad would be ashamed of you.
