They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.
