This man put me/my worries first and job duties second without jeopardizing either. No matter how good an insurance company is it won't be without a good agent. I get the feeling I will get all I deserve and no more or less, he was impressively wise in his job, how to deal with me under emotional stress, as a person can't/won't do anything other than the right thing and firmly so.
