The worst agent ever.....beware...... We have received the worst service from her and to this day our quotes are still incorrect. She is extremly rude and hung up on me when we challenged the first mistake. I vow to cancel her as an agent because of the numerous mistake both Jan and Susan made. We did business with her many years ago and I now remember why we decided to go elsewhere back then. I will never refer any friends or family to her and will make sure everyone is aware of the poor business accumen that takes place in this office. Completely unsatisfied....
