This is the worst, most incompetent organization I have ever known. The staff are inconsiderate, untrained, and UNHELPFUL is a vast understatement. I would NEVER recommend anyone ever using this organization for anything, they are a rip-off. If your insurance provider uses them, you are in for a rocky road.
