I have attended this gym for 1 year as a silver sneakers member but recently they will only allow members to attend between 10;30 and 3;30. Most of the silver sneakers classes are before 10;30. Silver Sneakers members must pay a fee to attend out of the time restrictions. Other gyms do not have these restrictions. I have enjoyed attending this gym, but I am not happy about the time restrictions.
