USA Fitness no longer exists - - it has been Health Clubs of America for quite a few years now (2013).

The staff is not the friendliest; on the weekends the trash cans in the restrooms are not emptied; sometimes the paper towel dispensers are empy. It's an OK place if you consider what you pay for the membership.
