I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
