I rejoined Northgate after several years because I heard they were under new management and I liked their straightforward pricing. This morning I got there at 5:00 and awaited in the parking lot (with about 30 other people) for over an hour for them to open. Nobody showed up. Between that, the rude employees, the shabby facility, and outdated equipment, I cannot justify giving them any more of my business.
