I love our classes at My Gym! My son has grown so much with the great interaction he receives from the super friendly staff.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.
The staff appears to be very impatient with the children. I certainly didnt get the impression they enjoyed the children or their jobs either for that matter. Not at all a welcoming enviornment

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I feel the staff is unfriendly and not excited about being there...makes me feel as though they are being "bothered" rather than being excited to see the children come. I feel this facility is extemely overpriced for the services they provide.
