They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
this place is very unclean...but when you sign up for the year tanning there are not refunds........................

The only complaint I have about this place, which could be considered a big one. This establishment DOES NOT clean their own tanning beds. Every tanning bed I have ever gone to cleans their own, or has signs posted that patrons are responsible for their own bed. Ive gone there many times and the beds are crusty from dried sweat and tanning lotion. Each room has its own spray bottle and they have a stack of towels in the front for cleaning. I only found this out after my boyfriend contracted a skin fungus from the tanning bed not being cleaned. I guess it's my own fault for not asking when I signed up. But seriously. That's gross.
