NEVER have I had such an appalling experience with a company. ANY company.
ATROCIOUS & rude "service", pushy and shady sales tactics, conspicuous policies, hidden fees and all-around pathetic organization. If I could give negative stars I would.
After being given a "free 3-week trial" voucher, I was pushed into signing up for a month and assured that I would be given a 100% refund if canceled within 30 days. I accepted a job out of state the following week and thus canceled my membership, at which time I was charged for a SECOND month (as my cancel date fell on Feb. 1, only 5 days after signing up). I was then told that I would be refunded in 6-8 WEEKS in check form only, and less a $50 fee!!!
First, NOWHERE in the documents does it mention their "policy" of refunds being delivered after 6-8 weeks and I was assured originally that my card would be refunded upon cancelation. SECOND, it states nowhere that a refund could not be returned to my credit card and my bank happens to be 2 hours away, posing a heck of an inconvenience. THIRD, how I walked in with a free 3-week trial and ended up paying for 2 months and added fees for less than a week's worth of classes is BEYOND ME.
So far, anyone with the authority to address this matter has been "in a meeting", "out to lunch", or "out sick". I have been told 4 times that I would be contacted "this afternoon", "tomorrow", "next week" and I have had to HOUND this place during work hours only to be HUNG UP ON?
