The staff at Hampshire Hills has difficulty listening to their customers. For the last three years, I've taken water aerobics in the early evenings. The teachers are wonderful, however the pool is oversold with numerous groups trying to occupy the same space at the same time. For example, besides the 9 to 16 students in water aerobics, there are also children and adults learning to swim, swim team, birthday parties, lifesaving training, people taking physical therapy--all scheduled at the pool for the same exact times. The pool is not that big, and if these various groups where scheduled just a bit differently, the quality of the programming for everyone would be greatly improved. I've complained about this to the director and others, but the pool remains overbooked with multiple groups.
