Purchased a Pro-Form treadmill on 3-1-13 and registered it with Pro-Form by e-mail and received confirmation. All I need is a small plastic part. Because I registered by e-mail, Pro-Form will not accept a phone call. When I try to order from their web-site there is no response. Throw away a treadmill that cost hundreds because of a small plastic part? Be careful
what you purchase from Sports Authority, you may be left out in the cold.
