One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I left with more problems than I went in with, to be honest. I was completely unsatisfied with the services.
