There's nobody available to answer the phone! They have it set to voicemail! What kind of treatment facility does that?! It took almost 2wks to finally get someone to call me back to make an appointment but after thinking it over, I didn't feel very comfortable.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
