Dr. Grant was awful. When I met him I was 10 mins late because of horrific weather (a very snowy winter) and I could not find parking. I spent a lot of my session time in his waiting room filling out what seemed an excessive amount of paper work. His demeanor was distant and condescending during our session. He was very emotionally out of touch and unempathic to the point of being almost humerous (how did this guy get to be a therapist?!). Then when I realized our time was up I mentioned it that I knew our session was up because I had been 10 mins late. He said it was okay because he had "extra time." So we talked on for 10-20 mins more. Then when I went to pay the full amount in cash for the session, he told me it would be an extra $50.00 for the over-time. He had *never* warned me of this and I do no believe it is common place to bill someone this way without at least warning them first. I rescheduled but later changed my mind and found some much better. Dr. Robert F. Slaterry is equally qualified and a far superior doctor and therapist. Please don't waste your time with Dr. Grant. He's simply awful. Avoid.
