My experience working with Susan Rosenthall was truly life changing. Therapy with her was so helpful that I decided to become a therapist myself. I will be forever grateful to her for what she did for me.

Absolutely, they had a private waiting area and a separate exit.

I visited Susan Rosenthal with my wife. Susan let us know at the very beginning, that if we felt as though we did not feel comfortable, or that we might want to seek different counsel, that it was important to do so.
When I attempted to breach the subject of dissatisfaction with the counsel we were receiving on our fourth visit, she simply began to interject the same query over and over. "So are you firing me? So are you firing me?" The entire time she was ignoring my astranged wife who was hysterical and in tears. I did relieve her of her duties that day. I am now divorced. My wife did not wish to seek another counselor. Little did I know that was my one opportunity, and unfortunately I made the mistake of choosing Susan Rosenthall. Prior to our visit,I asked my wife, had anyone we knew sought her counsel. The answer was yes, but they were now divorced.

Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
Did this provider rush your appointment?
No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
