She gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. My appointment felt slightly rushed. They have nice chairs in their waiting room. It was a nice start to my appointment and helped me feel more comfortable and relaxed. I felt safe in her care. I trusted her to provide counseling. My appointments mostly started on time. I felt she was very professional.
