Sarah Ash MA is a highly skilled therapist. She is a rare insightful counselor. Unlike many, who just listen and say "how does that make you feel" as the weeks drag on with little gained in counseling sessions, Sarah perceptively see patterns and offers sage insight with constructive real life advice. If you choose her as your therapist you have made a wise decision.

She is amazing. My kids, and myself see her and my husband and I do couples therapy with her and her partner. Has helped all of us so significantly. Highly recommend is a gross understatement.

Sarah Ash counseled my teenage daughter. Her father and I divorced when she was a baby. He was remarried, had two more children and chose to have a very sporadic relationship with her. When she was 16, there was an issue with a boy and some school skipping and we began counseling. My daughter counseled with Sarah and my ex-husband was counseling with Sarah's husband. At one point my daughter and I had a session together and Sarah made her disapproval of me very obvious in front of my daughter. Sarah did much more talking than listening and it was obvious that she had already formed her opinion of me before we ever spoke. After that meeting my daughter did not want to go back. My daughter is doing well now, but that is due to the fact that she is an amazing, strong girl, not because of Sarah's counseling.
