I drove to social services in mountain grove today had a sign saying call because of covid was closed but was at least 10 vehicles in parking lot called and no one would answer the phone!!!! So explain to me why they say call!!! Needed 1 simple question answered and website was no help!! ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I had to call 6-8 phone numbers to get help! And it for sure was not them answered my simple question as they do not answer the phone
