They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They answered hardly any of my questions, leaving me confused and frustrated at the end of our session. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
