I like Holly, but it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I received a bill for a missed appt. that I had called a left a message to cancel. This isn't the first time it has happened. Do they have too many patients or need to improve their conditions for their staff? The lady that handles the front is very kind, but she is one person...impossible to handle everything at once. She has gotten me in when I really needed to be seen, but this is ridiculous. I am going to have to drive there to get an appt? Better yet, it takes months to get into a new practice. Please answer your phone.
Horrible customer service!! I had an appt scheduled that I had to cancel day of because my daughter woke up and was diagnosed with Strep and had a temp of 102. This practice will no longer see me because I missed this appt. Office staff failed to return my calls for one week. Then they left a message stating that they will no longer see me no matter what the reason was for missing the appt. I guess this practice would rather have contagious sick patients in their office so they can make their money than be understanding . Ridiculous!!!
