First of all the office is dirty, cluttered, and looks like it was decorated from trash found in a dumpster. The counselor was rude. Phone calls are not returned. And it is difficult to be "counseled" by some one who obviously needs nutritional counseling, perhaps Overeaters Annonomous.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Was this work counselor friendly?
Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
