She got me through some very rough points in my life. I was dealing with being an adult child of an alcoholic and she helped me work through the process.

She helped me tremendously while I was going through a grieving process. I liked her style; it was a little bit 'tough love' and it made me take responsibility for my own behavior. I felt that she 'got' me and responded in a way that resonated.
