C Ava Marshall and Five Star are any parents worst nightmare. If you had an evaluation done from Ava and you want to press charges. First read the article "Cracking the Code of the Family Court Cult". It will tell you everything you need to know on where to fill complaints.

If you're interested in total destruction of your family, you've come to the right place. This woman has no interest in helping families, only in playing some sort of twisted mind game for her own enjoyment. She picks a side & has no interest in seeing any written or recorded proof. Then she'll flat out lie about what was said in her evaluation. She's a bully. If you're dealing with a narcissist, be prepared for further gaslighting, triangulation, & manipulation from your evaluator.

AVOID AT ALL COST

If you used Ava Marshall for a custody evaluation and it was the worst experience of your life. PLEASE CONTACT ME at mommya727@gmail.com. Myself and several other parents are working with a legislator, filed complaints with the state AND are talking to attorney's.

If you used Ava and she didn't do her job like.... tell the truth and base an evaluation solely on opinion. PLEASE file a complaint with the National Association of Social Workers. File the complaint out online and you need to mail then supporting documents to back up your claim. Myself and about 6 other parent are doing this. Ava is pure evil doesn't care about the health and welfare of our children. Ava is protected by immunity and she abuses that protection. Time for Ava to feel the pain she caused our children, and us parents.

AVOID THIS WOMAN AT ALL COST. She is unprofessional unethical and a down right bold face liar. She might be the cheapest out there doing evaluations BUT it will cost you double to get her report critiqued .

Probably by far the most unprofessional person I've ever meet. Between her body odor and her appearance, looking like she hasn't showered in weeks. The flakes from her dandruff were disgusting. Not to mention how uneducated this woman is and her lack of attention to information and detail

According to cases won in the Supreme Court level Ava Marshall doesn't have authority to take your children from your custody. In fact no child evalstor can make that decision only a Judge can. Children can not be removed until an evaluation is done, and the Judge can will disregard the family consult findings. In 2013. The high Court of Pa made these changes just on cases in Chester and Delaware county. The proper Google is sumprene court and custody findings.

There are law firms taking these cases if you look it up. In Delaware County you will find a large firm known by many. If Ava Marshall was able to take your children out It may have been because your lawyer didn't want to fight it? Or you had no representation at the time. To just Google Ava will only get one piece of the puzzle. Look up superior + Supreme court and custody.
