Called to find out more information about what they offer. Gentleman who answered the phone was rude and uncaring. I'm glad I wasn't someone about to commit suicide in my relationship.

I called to schedule an appointment for my parents who are having some relationship issues. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel that my phone call was welcoming. I would never call them again. I was very disappointed, especially after being referred to this office by a professional in the same industry. They barely spent two minutes with me on the phone regarding reasoning for trying to get my parents counselling and almost completely ignored me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
