My wife had her first session today, and I couldn't be more pissed. My wife was seeking help with anxiety and depression. She came out way more anxious than she was going in. Randell congratulated my wife on losing 59 pounds in the last year (weird question on the intake forms) yet sent my wife home with homework to watch 3 weight loss videos he recommended on Netflix!
She's coming to you for mental health and you focus on giving weight loss advice?! He also dismissed actual mental health symptoms that she expressed. He clearly got into the wrong profession. One session was more than enough for us to never go back!
