I met Judy during a very dark time in my life. I had a mental health break and was no good to anyone including myself. If I am honest, I was contemplating Suicide. I met Judy through my Psychiatrist who also played a critical role in my recovery. Through her gentle manner and different techniques Judy assisted me with finding myself, my authentic self and disgard that self who was a people please and who stuffed and stuffed her true feeling to appear politically, emotionally, socially correct in a society that swallowed me whole. I will never forget this lady and I refer others to her as often as i can! Thanks so much for everything Judy!!
