My husband and I visited her several times and didn't get much out of the experience. We thought we would give her one more try and there was a scheduling misunderstanding with her secretary and because we didn't show up for and appointment we didn't schedule we are charged 75$ fee. Now I am not able to get a hold of her or her secretary. One of her "words of wisdom" was for me to tell my husband to jump off a F****N bridge. (sounded great at the time) but not constructive. I am very displeased with her services or lack thereof.

Was the waiting area spacious?
No, it was rather cramped

No, they actually seemed annoyed

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

This therapist was completely ineffective in helping solve any problems. She was suppose to help with one problem, but went off on her own tangent so that the original problem was never address. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. She also doesn't return calls or emails. You know that she recieved them because she charges you for reading them. The only thing that she and her office did in a timely manner was billing. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.
