Caregiver was excellent- proactive, calm, kind, a good problem solver and advocate!! Would highly recommend Courtney****
It was however very difficult to get through to agency to provide this compliment. I find it very frustrating to be stuck in the vicious circle of voice messages to "push one or push to..." with no option to actually talk to a person.
This would have made my experience much better.
