The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Staff are polite and friendly, and invested in helping you accomplish your goals. Would recommend highly

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members, even when they were in the wrong. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They should treat patients as well as staff---they upheld the staff when she gave out confidential and private info about patients. They witheld Patient info from the patient, held dicussions where patient privacy was thrown in the garbage. They are facing litigation and if Patrica Murphy could go to prision for the repeated abuse of the law and be held responsible for what she laughed about (Confidentially) as well as not training her staff on proper procedures---the money would be nothing. She had no protocol for intentional breaches and refused to issue compensation or even make her staff apologize. Now she will face the music in court.
