Barbara is an amazing therapist. She helped me to understand dynamics in relationships, taught me how to care for myself so I can be a better caregiver to others, helped me build tools to handle those tough situations in life that come at us out of nowhere. I would definitely recommend her. I will forever be grateful for her services to me.
