Marianne has been instrumental in helping our family recover from unexpected events in our lives for many years now. She has helped us deal with very traumatic events including sudden deaths of family members and helped us heal emotionally and physically. Wonderful counselors and a very welcoming place to share your troubles and begin the healing process
I'd like to let everyone know how much I appreciate the service and guidance my daughter got from Marianne. I don't think she would have graduated had it not been for the help she received. I believe Marianne is an advocate for those that have mental medical disabilities. From the first phone call I made, throughout every session, we were treated with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this center for those that need help.
To whom it may concern, I wish to write my statement and review on behalf of myself and experience and how poorly my situation was regarded and ignored with no concern for a client, Let me start by saying i called Thursday March the 19th. I called twice to verify that i would be able to attend anger management class, i was told by Tim classes are every Saturday from 9am until 1pm. I initially went to work that morning at 430am but left at 8am after receiving permission to leave for my personal reasons, i reached 690 Friday rd at 845am (counseling center) as time went by no one showed up to council the class, i sat in the parking lot me another client, i called several times up until close to 1200pm. I spoke with people at the answering service they told me they would see if they could reach someone it never happened. I and another gentleman sat and waited for hours he left after two hrs i left after waiting three hours. Moving on so i called Monday morning at 901am and was told by Tim that Tammy the manager is in a meeting but will call you after she gets out i said okay, i never received a call. I called again at 1037am Tim said Tammy is still in a meeting but will call you once again, i called back at 138pm Tim then said Tammy left the office for a emergency but will be back at 4pm, i called back at 422pm Tim stated Tammy is not back yet but she will be because they car pool and you would be at the top of her list when she does return because she had other calls also, i called back before closing at 459pm still Tim said Tammy is not there and all calls will be going to answering service, i had already explained i can't take another Saturday off because of my duties and responsibilities but i was allowed on that Saturday, i explained to Tim i lost a whole days pay in the amount of 150.00 plus around 20.00 in gas ane he could apologize on the behalf of the counseling center. As a potential paying client i feel management had no regard or concerns and total lack of communication on both parts of answering service ans definitely me. The persons at the answering service had no clue to who would be there or not be there to pass on to paying clients, i and another gentleman were left in total limbo and i would not refer or recommend anyone paying to the counseling center at 690 Friday rd in cocoa FL for all the reasons in my letter. I feel its very unprofessional to do potential paying clients that way if you are running a establishment of this importance and someone should see to this and not allow it to happen in the future.
