What a waste of time and money
Nothing like walking into a million plus mansion shuffled into a library and judged for an hour
My son was traumatized by her she is judge mental and often incorrect in her assumptions
She did nothing at all to help circumstances I had been dealing with
I do not recommend her to anyone!!!!!

I agree with the reviews. Audrey Phillips lacks professionalism and can't be objective. She shared confidential conversations that she had with other patients. If she was sharing with me; I can only believe that she was sharing my sessions with other clients and/or her friends. She socializes with her clients/patients - dinners, international travel, invites them over to her home for drinks/dinner, etc. It is extremely unprofessional to have such a personal relationship with your therapist! Especially when I witnessed her inebriated on several occasions and I saw her have disagreements (stating it kindly) with her husband on at least 1 occassion. Additionally, her time is mostly focused on researching and booking exclusive, luxury VIP travels for her friends and clients. Her time is expensive and I believe that she uses her client/patient list as a rolodex for her "Audrey's Adventures" side business of luxury travel. Unethical - don't you think? Is this who you want to provide you with guidance as to how to live or improve your life? I would say she is bordering narcissist.

I saw her for a few years, in the beginning she was helpful. A few years ago she increased her rates b/c she said her ins had increased b/c she was at retirement age- she needs to retire. She became very opinionated & if her advise wasn't followed she became angry. Working around her travel schedule was ridiculous. She was very arrogant, gave some good advice in the beginning- at the end it was horrible. The last mtg she ambushed me & disclosed confidential info- do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. She did one thing that I cannot mention where I've considered reporting her.

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

From the moment I walked into her office I felt ambushed. What I thought was a secure place where I could speak openly, I was judged and was labeled by Audrey as being a 'manipulator'. She jumped to conclusions about people in my life without knowing anything about them and the circumstances of the relationships I was in. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I would never recommend her to anyone. She was terrible and made our problems worse! The fact that she's a travel agent on the side leads me to believe that her career as a therapist is not her top priority but just a means to gain more referrals for her travel agency.
